Have you been rejected by your friends?
Have you been rejected by your colleagues at your work place?
Have you been rejected or devalued in your Church?
Have you been rejected in your place of assignment?
Have you been rejected by your parents or siblings? Etc….

Beloved, rejection isn’t a new thing, why??? great men and women in the Bible suffered rejection. So we must be conscious of this fact and not timid if we are rejected. Don’t allow rejection to weigh you down for sorrow to creep in! David suffered rejection from his very own families and plenty of hardship, nobody wanted to identify with him but at the end God promoted him. Folks, it doesn’t matter what wilderness you are in, God will surely see you through and repay you with blessing according to (Joel 2:25). Just ignore what the devil is doing  with the word of God and face your front.
Sometimes the enemy wants to paint it as thou God doesn’t love you or he will make you feel as though you are a nobody before the people around you!

Secondly in this dispensation we live in today, it may surprise you to know that your appearance can be offensive to people and that might lead to rejection in some situation, if you doubt me look at a man called “David” Goliath got offended when he saw David appear before him (1 Samuel 17:42-44).

“42 And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance.

43 And the Philistine said unto David, Am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.

44 And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field.”

Therefore if nobody wants to identify with you, do not feel sad……like one of our anointed servant of God would always say

” God is attracted to the rejected” (Dr.Pst.Paul Enenche)

Understand that God loves you and that is enough. Besides the wilderness experience you maybe going through today, will make you grow spiritually, mature in faith, trust and have confidence in God. For instance if in your work place nobody wants to associate with you, be alone, do your work and go home. If in your local Church, they don’t value you just do what you can and leave the rest to God because at the end of the day we will all transit from this sinful world into eternity to give account of this borrowed life that we lived.

Always remember not to repay anyone evil for evil, but rather do good to all especially to those of the household of faith (Galatians 6:10).

Nevertheless we must be careful how we treat people because we do not know people’s future. We can as well relate this to Joseph’s brethren, if they knew that Joseph will become a prime minister someday, they wouldn’t have sold him into slavery or do him any evil. Notwithstanding with all that Joseph went through, he forgave his brothers when God finally took him to a position of leadership [Take note] -Great leaders do suffer things in life, that is why is important not to envy anyone when God promotes them because you don’t know their full story or what they went through to get to where they are.

I don’t know who is passing through the storm of rejection right now but I want to encourage you today that God is passing you through a school, preparing you for tomorrow. Also have it in mind that whatever that is happening around you is not your colleagues, Church members, friends or loved ones doing it to frustrate you but is for your lifting tomorrow. Just remain focused and don’t give up or allow the enemy to frustrate you. Just keep holding onto God! The Bible says we should guard our heart with all diligence! No matter what anyone does to you, always try to give excuse for him or her to help yourself and your mental state.

Have a great day!
